And now a sequel pic of sorts, or it's a case of "who rolled down the window"?

First things first, we need to travel back into ancient history, all the way back to 2009 when I had this picture done

Even back then I knew I wanted Hali to be dressed up as Powergirl at some point, and now I can thanks to the arting of . I have to admit I'm really loving how this one turned out, you would think it's hard to balance a strong female character with cheesecake but it was pulled off here. I had the pic of Super Sahlia done since I thought of that character as a source of strength for me, with Hali though it's more of a feeling I have of creating very strong female characters. You won't find the damsel in distress type here (except for Polygirl, and they have to break into a facility to get her).

Anyway like I said I am really loving this picture and I hope you do too.

EDIT: I was in a hurry to post this pic, forgot the artist adds a bunch of things to show he drew it. It's fixed now.
